RETURN / SHIPPING POLICY
Lost Packages and Held Shipments
The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order we send unless otherwise stated,
Cory Pearce Co is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
Cory Pearce Co is not responsible for packages once they are in the carriers possession.
Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC/ US)
No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.
We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED.
Free samples / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges (INTERNATIONAL)
All sales are final outside the US
We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays in transit, seized packages, etc.
Your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. Cory Pearce Co is not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or import fees.
Cory Pearce Co offers same day shipping for orders placed by 3 P.M. EST on weekdays, excluding holidays. USPS shipments are also excluded, as they may take 1 additional business day. Orders placed after 3 P.M. on a weekday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Please note there may be 1-2 day processing time for special orders, custom orders, and regular orders.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
On rare occasions, some items might be out of stock and can take up to 7 business days to ship.
Cory Pearce Co’s business days are Monday - Friday. Please be aware that UPS does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Customers in the Greater Austin area who choose to, can pickup their orders from 10am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Please respect our office hours for pick-up, and please call ahead to make sure your order is ready for pickup.
